I went to the bank to open an account with GT Bank. I was directed to meet their customer care personnel to ask for directions on how to go about every process, and when I went to meet him, he was answering a phone call, so I had to wait . In about five minutes, he was done with the call,  so I told about my intention of opening a new account with them.  However,  he kept on interrupting me,  acting cranky and irritated.  His demeanor was so unfriendly and annoying that it made me lose interest in opening an account with their branch,  so I excused myself and left.
